Pet Policy
1. Pet-Friendly Accommodations
Pet-friendly guest rooms are available for a fee of $30 per pet, per night.
Up to two dogs are welcome per room at no additional charge.
Selected pet-friendly rooms are available.
Pets must never be left unattended in guest rooms. Anxious or barking pets can disturb other guests.
2. Housekeeping Service
If you require housekeeping service, please arrange a suitable time with the Front Desk team.
3. Furniture & Bedding
Please help us keep our rooms comfortable for every guest by keeping pets off beds and upholstered furniture. If your pet prefers extra comfort, we’d be happy to provide alternatives for pet bedding.
4. Pools & Hot Tub
While the Thompson River is just steps away, pets are not permitted in the swimming pool, hot tub, or surrounding pool deck.
5. Leashes Required
Dogs must remain on a leash whenever outside your guest room. Please help protect our horses, wildlife, and fellow guests by always maintaining control of your pet.
6. Respect Our Team
Our staff love meeting your furry companions, but for everyone’s safety, please ensure your pet remains calm and under control when interacting with team members.
7. Damage & Cleaning
Please prevent your pet from chewing, scratching, or damaging hotel furnishings. Any excessive cleaning or damage resulting from your pet may be charged to the registered guest. A $100 pet damage deposit will be taken upon check-in.
8. Pet Waste
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Complimentary waste bags are available at the Front Desk, and disposal bins are located throughout the property land.
9. Enjoy the Outdoors
We encourage you to explore our beautiful walking areas and riverfront grounds with your pet. Please be respectful of other guests and keep pets on designated walking areas.
